thankful…
I know I whinge and moan about the medical care up here but I am really very thankful…
I am thankful that we have a good, kind, paed, who humours us. Ok, he is not often available but today he called first thing and we are going to see him tomorrow. I know it’s only for reassurance and I’m sure he knows it too but he is seeing us just the same.
I am thankful that our ENT doctor really is the best around here and that he will look after Ivy for her adenoids and possibly tonsils now.
I am thankful that I have found a decent GP (I just hope he stays up here).
I am thankful that I do know the system and that I do know how long I can stay at home with sick babies and that the doctors will support me in this (at least in theory).
I know I whinge and moan about my husband but I am very thankful that he is in my life and he is so good to me. I love him very much. He is my world.
I love my children (all seven of the earth angels) and I love having them in my life. They are amazing wonderful people, who teach me new things everyday.
Quietly, I am thankful for having Aubrey and William and the three other babies I never got to meet. They have taught me much about who I am.
I love my Mum and I am thankful that we have such a good relationship.
I am thankful for all the friends who have come into my life. Each and every one of them is special.
I really do love my home. I love that I can look out the window from my bedroom and see the mountains.
Tonight I am very thankful that Ivy’s temp is down and she is sleeping peacefully and that Noah is well too. I am thankful that, while the babies are often sick, that it is nothing really serious or life threatening.

I am thankful to have you as a friend!

They are very charming handbags which would immediately bring huge smiles on your faces on the spot. One of the most fascinating traits of Michael Kors handbags is that they retain many luxurious kinds of styles and designs, catching your eyes on the dot

X1a1Z, I don’t mean to say that when Japanese businessmen do the same thing that it’s nssecearily any better. The stereotypes may be intra-Asian, but they clearly may amount to the same thing. My point is not based SOLELY on race but upon the responsibilities that come with privilege of any form. Race just often seems to enter into the expectations of these arrangements at some point. If most of these sites were about older White retirees simply meeting foreign women of their same age, and if a quarter of them ended up settling in country of the woman they were marrying, I might be slightly less critical. But too many of these sites focus in on women who are MUCH younger, much poorer, and much less educated. Also, too many of these sites seem to target certain kinds of women based on the prevailing racial stereotypes associated with them. They promote a This is the way Asian women act, so get it while it’s hot, attitude. If these sites treated women as individuals who have different personalities, temperaments, and ideas, then maybe I’d be more sympathetic. It also seems to me that Asian guys also go after Asian women because of beliefs of submissiveness To tell you the truth, of the Asian women that I know, most of them are far LESS submissive than the White women that I know. If you ever explore some of these mail order sites, the women say they are looking for a guy with lives in America, Canada, Australia, N. / W.. Europe, New Zealand, Japan, or S. Korea. Notice that a couple Asian countries are in the mix. They want 1st world luxuries, bottom line. Well of course they do. They’re usually trying to find ways to help out their entire family out back at home by sending them money and goods. It may sound to you like living in generational poverty with no jobs and no way to do better for themselves or achieve their dreams is having their necessities fulfilled but it begins to eat away at the soul and in time, most people will do anything to find some way out.Do the girls know that it’s a faustian bargain? Of course. They understand that they are exchanging their youth, their bodies, their companionship, and a large degree of their freedom, in the gamble that it will help both themselves and those whom they love. So clearly, they are going to try and land the richest fish that they can reel in. However, this does not excuse taking advantage of their desperation. If you want to actually help young women in poverty around the world, you set up a foundation or you can give to existing organizations. You can go an volunteer to help build things or employ your talents in some other way. But holding out assistance with the caveat that if given the young woman must give herself to you is disgusting. There are plenty of people around the world who help people without needing to sleep with girls young enough to be their own daughters as repayment. This is not assistance but exploitation. Women like money So do men! That doesn’t mean that it motivates everything that they do.
